Though Miley left us for ever via Twitter, she managed to post a little good-bye on her blog and say “farewell” via a rap video . And while EOnline , played Mean Girl with the departure, we bathed in inexplicable bliss - Lady GaGa at Washington!
Freddy Mercury, Moby, Madonna - all who do what they do, being who they are - helps this world revolve and believe it, they’re needed. QFS supports everything awesome and Lady Gaga joins the ranks - we say, Give Diva the Nobel Prize!

Michael JACKSON’s Newest Single, “This Is It ,” was released, Midnight , October 12th, 2009. The Six: Mike’s estate was in contention with a copycat single, written by Paul ANKA . Who’s Paul? Mr. Paul Anka penned the original, sung by actor/singer Frank Sinatra, and threatened take the Jackson estate to task if rights were not addressed. All’s well… Now that Mr. Anka will receive one half of sales.

Anti-Paparazzi Law, here in Cali
Strike a pose. At least until 2010. Calif’s Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed an anti-paparazzi bill - it’s going to make it easier for stars to sue media outlets that use photos that invade celebrities’ privacy.
A statement was issued 10.12.09 stating a list of bills, including amendment to the law allowing fines against paparazzi who illegally or offensively take photos or recordings.
What’s this mean? The Six. The amendment will permit lawsuits against media outlets paying for and allowing first use of any material “improperly obtained.”
The Six Squared. Just ignore that press is what keeps the go-around, going.
The Six Cubed. SAG was all over this when Schwarz’ jumped onto the junket wagon in 2005. But Schwarzenegger was prey to paps himself, no contest for agenda.

The House of Ralph Lauren issued a statement. Subject: Emaciated Models. 
“For over 42 years, we have built a brand based on quality and integrity…. we have learned that we are responsible for the poor imaging and retouching that resulted in a very distorted image of a woman’s body.
“We have addressed the problem an… will take every precaution to ensure that… our artwork represents our brand appropriately.”
BoingBoing.net sure had something to say. “Go See.”
